Photo-Me fined £500,000 over late disclosure of inside information 

Photo-Me International plc (PMI), which is listed on the London Stock Exchange Official List, has been handed a £500,000 fine by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) for failure to disclose market-moving inside information quickly enough. No damages for late payment of insurance claims
